This policy explains what information Automations and Animations collects when you use bambidesk.site, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We collect only what we need to deliver the free training and the course, and we never sell your personal information.

Who we are

Automations and Animations is an online AI education business based in Nigeria, operating at bambidesk.site. For anything in this policy, contact us at admin@bambidesk.site.

What we collect

When you sign up for the free training: your email address and which training you chose.
When you buy: your email address and the payment reference. Your card or bank details are entered on Paystack's secure page and are handled by Paystack - we never see or store them.
When you log in: a secure login cookie, and a record of the device you logged in from (your IP address and browser type). We use this to keep your account secure and to limit how many devices one account can be used on.
When you use the course: which lessons you have completed, your quiz scores, any final project link and notes you submit, and any certificate issued to you.
If you choose to post a result: the name you want shown, your milestone, any channel link, your message, and any screenshot you upload. These are only published if you tick the box giving permission, and after we review them.
If you book a consultation or coaching: your email address, and the booking details you give our scheduling provider.

How we use it

To give you the free training and your gifts.
To give you access to the course you paid for, and to keep your account secure.
To send you emails about the training, your access, your progress and your certificate.
To send you occasional emails about our courses and offers. You can ask us to stop at any time.
To measure whether our adverts are working (see "Advertising" below).
To answer your questions and handle refunds.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of trusted services to run the site. Each receives only what it needs:

Paystack - processes payments.
Resend - delivers our emails.
Railway - hosts the website and its database. These servers may be located outside Nigeria.
TikTok - our adverts use the TikTok Pixel, which tells TikTok when someone signs up or buys after seeing an ad.
YouTube - some course videos are embedded from YouTube, which may set its own cookies when you play them.
Cal.com - handles booking for consultations.
WhatsApp - if you choose to join our community or channel, WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies there.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Advertising

We advertise on TikTok. When you arrive from one of our adverts, the TikTok Pixel records events such as signing up or buying, so we can see which adverts work. It does not give us access to your TikTok account. You can manage ad personalisation in your TikTok settings.

Cookies

Login cookie - keeps you signed in to the course.
Sign-up cookies - remember your email and which training you chose, so the right training is shown to you.
Third-party cookies - from TikTok and YouTube, as described above.

You can clear cookies in your browser at any time. If you do, you will need to log in again.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as you have an account or are on our list, and as long as we need it for accounting and legal reasons. If you ask us to delete your information, we will do so unless we are required to keep a record, for example of a payment.

Your rights

Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023, you can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop receiving marketing emails. Email admin@bambidesk.site and we will respond within 48 hours where we can, and always within the time the law allows.

Age

Our courses are intended for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
